Matsuura Machinery USA Announces Promotions in Service Department

(l-r) Shawn Buboltz and Roger Breeggemann

Matsuura Machinery USA, an innovator in the development of high-speed machining and the manufacture of automated, unmanned high accuracy CNC machine tools, has announced the promotion of Shawn Buboltz to National Service Manager and Roger Breeggemann to Service Coordinator.

Buboltz will manage the overall direction and coordination of Matsuura Machinery USA's Service Department. Prior to his role as Interim Service Manager at Matsuura Machinery USA, Buboltz served as Service Engineer. He was also Maintenance Manager for Mape in Cambridge, MN, and also for Continental Hydraulics in Savage, MN. Buboltz spent 10 years at Reviva Inc. in Minneapolis in the role of Production Supervisor.

"With more than 16 years of experience, Shawn's comprehensive understanding of the industry is critical and provides him with an exceptional awareness and intelligence. Shawn's keen insights and knowledge enable him to effectively lead the Matsuura USA Service Team. Most importantly, he is equipped to provide the incomparable service our customers expect from Matsuura," said Craig St. John, President of Matsuura Machinery USA, Inc.

"Shawn's leadership and strategic abilities will ensure that the Matsuura Machinery USA Service Team delivers prompt and comprehensive service. One of his greatest qualities is his awareness and appreciation of what it takes for a customer to be satisfied," St. John added.

Buboltz served for four years with the United States Coast Guard where he gained experience in Diesel Engine Assembly/Maintenance and Shipboard Electrical, HVAC and Boiler Repair.

Prior to working with Matsuura USA as Service Engineer, Breeggemann served as Building and Machine Maintenance Manager for Continental Machines Inc. in Savage, MN. Additionally, while at Continental Machines Inc., he also held positions of Maintenance Mechanic and Machine Operator.

"In Roger's expanded role as Service Coordinator, he will manage our service scheduling and dozens of other projects that must happen behind the scenes to deliver Matsuura's world-class service," St. John said.

"Roger's extensive management experience reinforces his proficiency in responding to and solving our customers' requirements. He uses analytical and problem-solving abilities to explore and successfully resolve any customer questions or concerns," St. John concluded.

Breeggemann graduated from Shakopee High School in Shakopee, MN. He also received training in welding from Hennepin Technical College in Eden Praire, MN.
