MC Machinery MV2400-ST EDM
MC Machinery will display a range of Mitsubishi wire and sinker EDMs, automation, advanced milling and turning machines and live web demonstrations of remote360, MC Machinery's remote monitoring and support solution.
A featured machine will be the MV2400-ST EDM. This machine is specifically designed for large-part production, capable of performing submerged cutting up to 16.5" deep. With an annealing length of over 21", this system can thread the maximum workpiece height both at the start point and through the gap if needed for a broken wire recovery.
The MV2400-ST linear shaft motor drive and glass scale feedback are designed for friction-free, highly accurate column movement through the entire X and Y axes machining range. The new Mitsubishi M800 series control with a 19" touchscreen provides an easier user interface than previous models.
The M800 series control uses rotational and tilting functionality while showing job monitoring and important information in a single view. The new navigation interface provides smooth and easy job operation time for all operator expertise levels.
