Universal Loading Robot

The HALTER LoadAssistant is a universal loading robot that can be combined with any brand of CNC machine.
This loading robot is engineered for both turning and milling machines and is easy to move, making it suitable for multiple machines. Three models are available, each of which comes with either a 20 kg or 35 kg robot arm. The HALTER LoadAssistant is equipped with a turntable. At the back of the loading cell, the workpieces can be loaded while the robot and the CNC machine continue to produce. The programming of a new series can also be carried out without interrupting the production process.
Due to the user-friendly HALTER SmartControl, the user can start the loading robot in 12 steps; no knowledge of robot programming is required. Changeover times are reduced to a minimum and the HALTER is also suitable for smaller series.
The HALTER LoadAssistant will be exhibited in several booths, including Bourne & Koch (booth #236854), EMCO (booth #338780) and Fastems (booth #339178).
