Full Range of High Speed Spindles

IBAG North America offers high speed spindles from 16 mm to 360 mm, maximum speeds to 170,000 RPM and power levels to 130 HP for milling, cutting and grinding work across the metalworking manufacturing industries. Featured is the new 62 mm HF 62 high speed spindle ideal for medical and dental applications. It offers speeds to 140,000 RPM, is suitable for automatic tool changing operations and utilizes the IBAG P6 collet system.
Also to be displayed are the compact and powerful Micro Line spindles, high speed spindles designed to fit more Swiss turning machines. Offerings include spindle sizes 16 to 33 mm diameter, speeds to 120,000 RPM and power to 390 watts.
IBAG will also feature Witte vacuum workholding chucks, pumps and accessories to include the circular grid vacuum chucks designed to provide accurate and secure workholding for metal, graphite, ceramics, plastic, exotic alloys in standard and custom designs.
