Machining Centers and Tooling/Accessories Solutions

Yamazen will display and showcase 14 machine tools from Brother, Matsuura, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Takisawa, along with solutions from Yamazen's tooling division.
Machines on exhibit will include:
- Brother International Corporation-Eight machines of the compact machining center SPEEDIO product line will be on display, including M140X2 for multi-face machining and turning, R450X1 pallet changer and 2-S700X1s. Brother will also have its larger workpiece SPEEDIO machines, 2-S1000X1s and 2-R650X1s, one of which will display the new 40-tool ATC. All models feature the powerful and fast Brother CNC C-00 control. The product line features high speed spindles up to 27K and high torque spindles up to 10K.
- Matsuura Machinery USA Inc.-The MAM72-35V vertical machining center (VMC) with PC32 tower and 320 tools offers high-accuracy complex 5-axis machining in one chucking for cost-effective unmanned operation.
- Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America-The MVR30-Ex double-column, 5-face vertical milling machine with right angle head offers high machining accuracy and productivity for large part machining.
- Takisawa Inc.-Takisawa combined turning and milling centers include the TS-4000YS opposed twin-spindle, TCC-2100GAL2 compact automation with one spindle and gantry, the new TT-1100GC parallel twin-spindle, twin-turret CNC lathe and the new TM-4000Y2 horizontal multitasking turning center.
- Yamazen Tooling Division-Toolholders, collets, rotary tables, mist collectors, probes and more will be on exhibit.
