Fives, manufacturer of CITCO Tools, offers CITCO PCD micro-boring bars engineered with a tungsten carbide body and high quality PCD grade for optimal performance.
"CITCO PCD micro-boring bars are designed for the customer's specific parts to ensure the strongest tool possible," said a company spokesperson. "The cutting edges stay sharp longer than conventional tools that tend to wear easily when machining abrasive materials or precious metals."
Developed by CITCO specifically to meet the requirements of today's precision production medical applications, the PCD micro-boring bars are available with minimum bore sizes down to .045" (1.14 mm).
