Hand-Held Marking System for Durable and Tamper-Proof Markings

German company MARKATOR Manfred Borries GmbH offers a flexible hand-held marking system to mark big and unmovable pieces directly on site.
The FlyMarker PRO MOBIL battery operated dot peen marking system is completely cordless. The marking is produced by an electromagnetic driven marking pin and the power supply comes from a powerful lithium ion battery. This third generation dot peen marker features improvements, including high marking speed, 10 lb. weight and small physical size.
The Flymarker PRO is designed to provide durable and tamper proof markings. The control unit is installed in a break-proof housing to protect it from external influences. There are no electrical or compressed air lines to interfere with the workplace location.
The marking files can be programmed via the self-explanatory software of the integrated control unit. Only basic computer knowledge is necessary for the operation. Alternatively, it is possible to create the marking files using the optional PC software and then transfer them to the marking device using the USB interface.
The linear guides in X- and Y- directions give precise marking head positioning to provide repeatable accuracy.
With the newly developed, optionally available strong magnet for the marking system, it is possible to achieve very deep markings. According to the company, the markings are even readable after a sandblasting or coating process and full traceability can be guaranteed.
The affordable FlyMarker PRO is available in four different marking area sizes to suit customer requirements.
