The Kalamazoo Industries Model S272V multi-purpose belt grinder is designed for grinding, shaping, contouring, flat work, angles, snagging and roughing in small or short-run die casting facilities. This makes it useful for small, intricate parts.
The Model S272V grinder features a 2" x 72" belt, 1-1/2" and 3" quick change contact wheels as standard, a versatile multi-position platen that rotates 360° for flat surface work and a 1 HP 3,450 RPM motor producing 5,400 SFPM. Options include 5" and 8" diameter contact wheels, 8" x 5" tilting cast iron table with slot, steel stand legs, DCV-6 dust collector base and a variable speed motor.
