Cordless Dot Peen Marking

The Flymarker Pro Hand Held Dot Peen Marking System is a portable, cordless battery operated system. There are no electrical or compressed air lines to interfere with the workplace location. The mobile dot peen marking system features high marking speed, 10 lb. weight and small physical size.
"Equipped with a strong magnet and a powerful battery, the portable power package creates deep and durable markings," said a company spokesperson. "The markings are even readable after a coating process, which is not always the case with a laser marking system. The control unit is installed in the break-proof housing of the hand-held marking system."
The marking files can be programmed via the self-explanatory software of the integrated control unit. Only basic computer knowledge is necessary for operation. Alternatively, it is possible to create the marking files using the optional PC software and then transfer to the marking device using the USB interface.
The X and Y linear guides give precise marking head positioning to provide repeatable accuracy. Illumination enables the operator to easily see the workpiece area to be marked. The hand-held marking system itself and the standard accessories can be stored in a hard, protective case for safe transportation. The Flymarker Pro is available in four different marking area sizes to suit individual requirements.
