The new KAISER catalog - Vol. 309, is an all-in-one resource featuring the entire KAISER line, including the latest innovations. It features 152 pages of annotated diagrams, product category overviews, charts with detailed specs and a weight section.

Also highlighted are the newest additions to the KAISER line, which include:

• Digital High Precision Finish Boring Head: The EWD 2-32 precision boring head for .080"-1.260" completes the program for digital boring tools with the KA5 connection to adapt to machines with BT30 and HSK-A50 spindles. All digital technology is developed internally by KAISER, and each tool is individually calibrated and programmed during assembly. According to the company, the digital display reads tool carrier movement directly, eliminating any errors due to backlash or free-play of the dial.
• Series 319 SW Aluminum: The aluminum Series 319 twin cutter boring head is designed for rough boring on 30 and 40 taper machines with limited tool weight for automatic tool change. According to the company, these twin cutter heads can outperform single cutter heads by a factor of up to four.
• XL Diameter and Deep Hole Tooling: "Whether the job calls for large diameter finish boring, or even large diameter O.D. turning, the new lightweight aluminum construction and modular design of the XL system lets users machine diameters up to 118 inches with already-designed components," said a company spokesperson. "When it comes to deep hole boring, the Smart Damper toolholding system virtually eliminates vibration through a unique internal mechanism that functions as both counter and friction dampers."
