Adjustable Angle Head for Boring Mills or VTLs

Madaula S.A. is now offering its latest large adjustable angle head, model CAR-5, Flange Mount to machine (boring mill or VTL), with manual 2-axis position adjustment, CAT-50 or HSK-100 manual load output spindle. Options include worm wheel adjustment of the rotation axis of the head, hydraulic tool clamping on the output spindle, and increase gear ratios for higher RPM output of the angle head.
"We basically match the application to the customer's machine," said Ross Benson of Euro-Technics, Inc. "We supply a cutting solution, and match it to the machine's drive specifications."
Madaula offers a full lineup of angle heads, live tooling for standard lathes, live tooling for Swiss lathes, and a new comprehensive line of large angle heads and attachments for horizontal boring and milling machine and vertical turning lathes. Other products offered are speeders (speed increasing heads) and multispindle heads.
