Bilz Tool Inc. USA has released its CNC Products and Accessories catalog. It offers the company's latest technology in spindle care with the addition of the Diebold test arbors, taper gauges and drawbar pull force gauging. It also features expanded CNC holder products with most machine tapers available. More inch and metric standard bores and more ANSI standard machine tapers are now available.
Newly launched products include:
- Standard end mill holders with inch and metric bore sizes
- Standard shell mill arbors with inch and metric pilots
- Standard ER collet chucks featuring ER16 - ER40 collet ranges
- Hi-power milling chucks for enhanced tool shank TIR and gripping strength
- Super collet chucks designed for high collet TIR accuracy
- Hydraulic chuck holders
- Accessories including spindle wipers, tool clamping units and tightening fixtures, retention knobs and tool storage products
- Diebold gauging products featuring taper inspection gauging, test arbors, pull force gauges and clamp force gauge kits
