Eurotech's Stallion B1250 and B750 CNC turning machines are offered with the same turret style and heavy-duty box way X/Y slides. The B1250 is suited for machining of long shafts. The bed features a longitudinal stroke of 1,310 mm and a sturdy CNC automatic tailstock with a 115 mm hydraulic quill. The B1250 can accept two versions of automatic steady rests including positioning during the cycle by the turret using the Z-axis or a true B-axis tailstock operating on independent ways and ball screws positioned by the CNC.
The Stallion B750 range of machines is available with a range of spindle choices including the integral motor-spindles and a high torque choice. Bar capacity is 2-5/8" up to 4.02".
The Stallion turret is available with 12 or 16 stations and is equipped with a large milling motor for the live tooling. When machining is being done, the workpiece can be automatically transferred from the main to the sub-spindle to allow the complete machining process on both sides. The sub-spindle is equipped with B-axis load detection and a pneumatic ejector to check the presence of a component which allows you to perform safe machining operations.
Many options are available including a tool-setter, a bar machining system with an automatic parts-catcher and conveyor, automatic steady rest, CNC automatic tailstock and more.
