CIMCOOL's Maximum Performance Fluids for Precision Engine Components

"CIMCOOL Fluid Technology offers some of the most technologically-advanced fluids for use in the automotive industry. While providing up to a 300% increase in production and up to a 64% reduction in cost, they also reduce hazardous waste and consumption, do not contain chlorine and are environmentally responsible," said a company spokesperson.

Machining and Grinding Fluids

CIMTECH 627 with Milacron Synthetic Lubricants (MSL) and InSol technology is a synthetic fluid used in heavy-duty machining and grinding of exotic alloys that combines patented MSL and InSol lubricant systems. This water-based fluid is suited for titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, beryllium nickel and other hard metals. It performs best at high speeds and feeds with up to 300% better lubricity than sulfo-chlorinated soluble oils. The foam and odor control make this product suited for difficult operations and hard metals.

"QUANTALUBE 270XL, the original Super-Fluid used in precision gun drilling and grinding, provides excellent machining and grinding of ferrous metals and can also be added to most semi-synthetic and soluble oils to boost lubricity," said a company spokesperson.

Grinding Fluids

CIMTECH 609E with MSL and InSol technology is a synthetic fluid used in heavy-duty valve grinding applications. It was one of CIMCOOL's first combinations of MSL patented lubricants with InSol technology that delivered synergistic performance. This water-based fluid is designed for titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, beryllium nickel and other hard metals. Reduced chatter and wheel loading allow excellent finish and machine uptime. Due to foam and odor control this product is suited for difficult grinding applications.

Machining Fluids

CIMTECH 610HFP with MSL and InSol technology is a blend of patented MSL making it suited for titanium and other hard metals. "Significantly lower cutting forces provide tool savings up to 200% making this one of the best fluids for ferrous metals CIMCOOL has ever developed. It performs best at high speeds and feeds where conventional fluids fail. It does not contain chlorine, sulfur or phosphorus but the combination of patented MSL and InSol lubricants makes it suited for hard metals. Uniquely, this product withstands high pressure fluid delivery systems with minimal foam increases, and can be used on aluminum alloys as well," said a company spokesperson.

CIMTECH 612NF with MSL and InSol technology, a water-based synthetic, was developed for machining case aluminum alloys. For high-silicon aluminum alloys, the machining and tapping capabilities of CIMTECH 612NF is formulated for tough jobs. Dramatically lower cutting forces improve tool life and finish even in operations with extreme speeds and feeds. This fluid can be used on some ferrous grinding and machining applications. It does not contain chlorine, sulfur or phosphorus but the combination of patented MSL and InSol lubricants drives performance.
