Equipped with German made INA linear roller guideways, the company reported that the PMC bridge mill maintains the high rigidity needed for working with a variety of materials. It provides repeatability to within .0001" and feedrates up to 945/945/591 IPM.
Produced in an array of sizes, Mighty Viper has a machine that can fit a wide range of application and accommodate material sizes up to 398" x 157". "Designed to provide the optimal range for its size, the PMC Bridge Mill saves floor space while providing maximum efficiency in material removal," said a company spokesperson.
