MF Series Knee Mill

KNUTH Machine Tools USA offers its fully loaded MF series knee mill. The MF is available in both a 3 HP and 5 HP milling head. Like most of KNUTH's manual machines, the MF series comes standard with a 3-axis digital readout, coolant system and LED work light. The newest addition to the standard equipment on the MF series knee mills is the automatic drawbar.
The MF 1 is available in both variable speed and geared. With variable speed the MF 1 has a range of 70 - 3,600 RPM, while the geared model has 16 speeds up to 4,500 RPM. The head on the MF 1 series can mill in a number of different positions similar to the traditional Bridgeport. Automatic table advance on X-axis is included and is also available as an option on the Y-axis.
KNUTH's 5 HP MF 5 model also comes with an infinitely variable milling head. It features spindle speeds up to 3,600 RPM, a 40 taper spindle and three automatic drill speeds. Standard options include a tilt milling head of +/- 90° and powered feed on the X- and Y-axis.
The Knuth USA facility has a showroom open to the public, large inventory and complete service and spare parts department.
