Improved Website Offers More Features and Information

CNC Software has rebuilt its website (www.mastercam.com) for ease of use and to provide more features for its Mastercam customers. It offers billboard campaigns, a new user forum and more.
The enhanced site also provides a more streamlined layout for finding information and a new search feature. Organization of the site has been improved for quicker access to information. Without having to navigate into the site, the front page displays many topics such as solutions, industries and support.
"Since Mastercam is such a popular choice in the educational market, the updated website has many sections dedicated entirely for instructors and students," said a company spokesperson. It contains information on learning tools, gives information on student competitions, details on certification, video testimonials, etc.
After registering, customers will have access to new features such as the official CNC Software user forum, a knowledge base and video tutorials. According to the company, non-customers will also have access to well-organized product information.

- User Forum: Log into the forum to learn manufacturing tips from other Mastercam users, get technical assistance from CNC Software employees or join in on a conversation. Several forums are available that cover a variety of industries.
- Knowledge Base: The mastercam.com knowledge base has information covering common problems and solutions for all of the Mastercam products. This self-help center is available 24 hours a day. CNC Software employees are frequently adding articles.
