Jergens' new multi-axis, low profile vise is designed to provide extended work area with high stability and repeatability.
Jergens Inc. will feature a new low-profile multi-axis vise at IMTS. This Fixture Pro vise features a low profile to provide extended work area above the vise (increased Z travel). According to the company, the design maintains the same strength characteristics of the company's larger vises to help ensure stability, repeatability and long service life.
The vise features a wide jaw width and is available with standard mounting as well as the company's modular Drop & Lock version for 5-axis and multi-axis applications for accuracy and quick change-over time. To support customer needs, Jergens' Value Added Solutions Team (VAST) offers application expertise and provides custom solutions using either standard or custom tooling.
