Mitee-Bite Products has announced an expansion of its levels of customer service. According to the company, it will continue to assist with design and clamping recommendation as well as scheduling on-site visits through its national sales team at no cost. New offerings include simple conceptual CAD layouts to top-level CAD designs prepared to import into CAM software. For development of Turn-Key solutions, its engineers will work with skilled fixture builders or, time permitting, build in-house.
