Matsuura Machinery USA has announced the installation of the Matsuura MX-520 5-axis vertical machining center (VMC) at Cardinal Machinery in Memphis, TN. Cardinal Machinery will provide customers the opportunity to view demonstrations on the Matsuura MX-520 5-axis VMC and learn more about the machine's capabilities at its 16,000 sq. ft. facility in Memphis. Cardinal Machinery is Matsuura's exclusive distributor in Alabama, Florida panhandle, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee.

The Matsuura MX-520 5-axis VMC is designed to provide a simple and cost-effective transition for 3-axis users making the transition to full 5-axis operation. The Matsuura MX-520 features CAMplete TruePath software. An integrated suite of G-code editing, optimization, analysis and verification tools is standard.
