Multidec Lube Coolant Clamp

GenSwiss will feature the new Multidec-LUBE Coolant Thru Tool Holder Clamp for CNC Swiss machines designed to permit optimum coolant jet positioning, eliminate time bending and aiming coolant lines, reduce overall set-up time and prevent stringy chips collecting on cutting tools. The patented design incorporates a coolant/oil delivery passage in the tool clamp designed to provide a repeatable jet flow even after multiple tool changes or set-ups. This feature allows use of conventional square shank tool holders as if they were coolant-through since the coolant travels through the clamp and can remain semi-permanently plumbed into the high-pressure system.

Also featured will be the Ti-Loc Swiss Clamp slitting saw and milling tool holders designed to provide reduced tolerance stacking for low TIR, increased rigidity for slitting saw jobs, extending reach of micro-endmills and small shank rotary tools, and enable quick change tooling. This taper-integrated tooling system works with any collet that employs the dual angle ER collet system. In addition, the system enables presetting tool length for reduced set-up time.
