Building on its commitment to provide state-of-the-art machine tool technologies, Precision Machine Tool Solutions (PMTS) is installing for demonstration the Matsuura MX-520 5-axis vertical machining center (VMC) at the company's 8,000 sq. ft. technology center in Sinking Spring, PA.
The Matsuura MX-520 5-axis VMC is designed to provide a simple and cost-effective transition for 3-axis users making the transition to full 5-axis operation. The Matsuura MX-520 is a compact 5-axis VMC featuring ergonomic design and rapid set-up and processing of complex parts. CAMplete TruePath software - an integrated suite of G-code editing, optimization, analysis and verification tools - is standard.
Formed in 2007, PMTS is Matsuura Machinery USA's exclusive distributor for the Matsuura products in eastern Pennsylvania. PMTS is a full service distributor and provides service and applications engineering with experienced factory trained technicians, as well as replacement parts for all of the Matsuura products.

After installation, PMTS will provide live view demonstrations on the Matsuura MX-520 5-Axis VMC and invite customers to view its capabilities at its facility in Sinking Spring.
