In-Line Magnetic Separators

A newly designed magnetic rod assembly for in-line magnetic separators is now available from Keller Products, Inc. The new assemblies contain two rare earth magnetic rods mounted in end caps and fit standard 10" cartridge filter housings without modification. The design also allows for a number of different conventional housing options.
An assembly with two 2000 Gauss magnetic rods is recommended for moderate solids loading. For heavy solids loading Keller recommends the assembly with two 5000 Gauss rods. The magnets are cleanable and reusable.
Keller supplies two types of housings containing the magnetic rod assemblies: all-plastic housings and stainless steel housings. Alternatively, the customer may purchase the magnetic rod assemblies for use in housings of their choice.
