Drum Top Sumpcleaner

CECOR's collects spent coolant from machine tool sumps using high suction lift. A drum head shifts from drum to drum or may be used with the optional CECOR drum tank.

The SE03-DT is powered by an electric motor, which drives a rotary, vane-type vacuum pump with suction to 165" water (12" Hg) and pumping rates to 25 GPM. The drum head operates on 115 volt, 60-hertz single-phase electrical circuit.

Model SA3DT operates on shop air. It creates a vacuum in the tank with suction of 163" water (12" Hg) and pumping rates to 40 GPM. Model SA3DT requires 1/2" air service with line pressure of 75 to 120 PSI. It comes equipped with a 20' oil resistant air supply hose.

Air and electric powered units come with a 1-1/2" X 10' hose and three nozzle assemblies (straight, flare and flexible). Drum heads feature an automatic shutoff valve for overfill protection.

CECOR's optional heavy-duty 55-gallon drum tank is made of heavy gauge steel. The tank is mounted on two wheels and two casters for easy rolling and maneuverability. Forklift pockets built into the base allow for power handling. The tank features an 8" X 12" cleanout door for removing settled solids. A valve in the door permits fluid to drain out, leaving the solids, if desired.
