The JET metal dust collector captures metal fragments and machine dust and channels it into a removable metal drawer for easy retrieval and disposal.
The mobile dust collector has two 3" chutes along with two adapters measuring 3" to 2" and can be attached to two shop machines for dust and metal debris evacuation. The 30-1/2" x 31-1/2" x 31-1/2" collector has a powder-coated steel exterior designed for long life and durability. It features a non-sparking aluminum interior housing and fan blade. The machine's filter efficiency is 99% at 5 microns.
Powered by a 1-1/2 HP induction motor, the metal dust collector has a maximum CFM ration of 450 and a maximum hose velocity of 5,610 SFPM. A high visibility yellow on/off button is within easy reach. The machine weighs 157 lbs.
The portable dust collector sits on four casters, two fixed and two swivel locking. It also has two handles for mobility. Optional accessories include heat resistant hoses to 130° F and 180°F plus a pair of replacement filters.
