New Addition to Compact Machining Center Line-Up

Yamazen Inc., a specialized global trading company with a focus on the distribution of machine tools and other industrial and engineering equipment, along with Brother Industries, LTD, a Japanese multinational electronics and electrical equipment company, have introduced the SPEEDIO S1000X1 compact machining center.
Designed to provide higher productivity while working with larger workpieces, this CNC machine uses Brother's original technologies such as high-speed tool change (0.8 sec. tool-to-tool, 1.4 sec. chip-to-chip) and simultaneous operation control where positioning of axes and tool change are performed at the same time. The machining area has been expanded, allowing an X-axis travel of 1,000 mm and a Y-axis of 500 mm. The machine features large jig mounting and enhanced speed and accuracy.
In addition to low power and air consumption, the S1000X1 is equipped with a power regeneration system and a variety of energy saving functions.
