Automatic Slag Removal Table

Koike Aronson, Inc./Ransome has introduced the Klean Sweep automatic slag removal table. The Klean Sweep is a self-cleaning cutting table that removes slag and scrap automatically during cutting operations, which eliminates production interruptions and reduces labor costs. It can be used with various laser, oxy-fuel and plasma cutting machines, including the Koike Versagraph Extreme.
"The Klean Sweep's chain drive operation and simple design ensure reliability and minimum maintenance costs," said a company spokesperson. Exhaust channel ducts for fume extraction can be internal or external depending on the application. Cutting widths from 5' to 24' are available.
