"Expert" Series Tool Packages

GenSwiss, provider of tools and accessories for Swiss machining, will feature the Lous Belet SA precision carbide "Expert" series tooling packages designed for aluminum, brass, titanium, stainless steels and composite material groups. The packages incorporate newly optimized geometries and coatings for drills, end mills, slotting saws, thread mills, engraving and spotting tools for enhanced productivity, material removal rates, surface quality and tool life.
Also featured will be UTILIS Multidec CUT3000 cutoff inserts with new geometries. The Type GS cut-off insert features optimally tuned carbide and coating for high cutting speeds with enhanced chip control for carbon steel cut-off work. The Type SPT 06 chipbreaker, available with CUT1600 and CUT3000 series holders, is designed for stainless steel part-off work. New from PCM are high precision live tools designed for greater tooling speeds for specific Citizen, Tsugami and Star machines.
