Variety of Machine Tools to be Featured

"At IMTS 2016, Yamazen Inc. will display 14 machine tools from our industry leading builders," said a company spokesperson. Visitors will have the opportunity to speak with Yamazen's sales team, who have access to advanced information and techniques developed to fit unique machining requirements.
Exhibited machines will include:
- Brother International Corporation - The compact machining center SPEEDIO product line: M140 16K/22T/CTSI, R450X1 HT/BBT/CTSI, S700X1 27K, S700X1 HT/BBT/CTSI demonstrating the FLEX-S robotic cell by Nachi (made for Brother SPEEDIO S300/S500/S700). Brother will also have its larger workpiece SPEEDIO machines: S1000X1 16K/21T/CTSI, S1000X1 HT and the R650X1 HT/BBT/CTSI. All models feature the Brother CNC C-00 control. This product line also features high speed spindles up to 27K and high torque spindles up to 10K.
- Matsuura Machinery USA Inc. - the MX-520 15K/high power/CAT40 5-axis vertical machine center allows for easy transitioning from 3-axis to 5-axis machining.
- Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc. - The MVR30-Ex double-column, five-face vertical milling machine with right angle head equipped as standard, an economical vertical milling machine, and the M-VB25 fixed rail bridge with high-speed right angle head.
- Takisawa Inc. - The flexible combined turning and milling centers; TT-500GD Parallel Twin-Spindle, TS-4000YS Opposed Twin-Spindle, TT-2600G Twin-Spindle with gantry and the TCN2100G Single Spindle Lathe.
