Molded Plastic Nozzles, Clip-On Nozzles for a Variety of Applications

BEX Incorporated will display its wide array of nozzles in Booth 426 at WESTEC 2015 in Los Angeles, Sept. 15-17. Among its many nozzle products, the company will feature its molded plastic nozzles and K-Ball Zip Tip clip-on nozzles in the exhibit. BEX will be represented by S. Martin & Associates.
"The variety of BEX molded plastic nozzles can produce flat, full cone, full cone wide angle and full cone square spray patterns," said a company spokesperson. "Each BEX molded nozzle is designed with a series of 'knobs' that make them easy to finger tighten even when wet. The design features a small starter barrel that reduces the tendency to strip. The molded plastic nozzles are available in polypropylene, natural polypropylene, PVDF and natural PVDF. These nozzles are ideal for a wide variety of applications such as washing, cleaning, degreasing and rinsing. They are available for pipe sizes from 1/8 to 3/8 inch."
BEX will also feature its lineup of K-Ball Zip Tip nozzles. These nozzles can simply clip over a pre-drilled pipe (from 1-2" diameter) and are available with a variety of spray balls, in various spray patterns, flow rates and spray angles. "Made of corrosion resistant plastic and stainless steel heavy-duty spring clips, these nozzles are good to 100 PSI at 175 °F," said the spokesperson. "Typical applications include parts cleaning, pretreatment, spray washing and rinsing."
