"The ecoTurn 450, with main spindle speeds of up to 4,000 RPM, is also designed for high-precision filigree operations. It has a turning diameter of 7.9 - 23.6 inches. Despite its compact footprint of just 52.7 sq. ft., the ecoTurn 450 offers a generously dimensioned work area for maximum workpiece machining that is unique in this segment.
"In addition, the optionally available rear chip conveyor of the ecoTurn 450 reduces the front machine width by up to 35%, so that the production floor space can be used far more efficiently and flexibly."
The machine can also be equipped optionally with a servo turret with 12 driven tool stations and six block toolholders for complete machining. A C-axis is also available for turn/mill complete machining. A hydraulic tailstock with MT5 Morse taper and 19.7" stroke is designed for flexibility and low maintenance. A belt-driven spindle with compact main drive is available in the machine housing.
