QVI SNAP DM200 is the newest addition to the line of QVI digital measuring systems. SNAP DM200, offered by RAM Optical Instrumentation, is a versatile, large-field-of-view measuring system designed to measure small, intricate features in any manufacturing setting - from the shop floor to the lab, or as part of an automated work cell.
SNAP DM200's digital measuring technology, paired with its precision X-axis motorized stage, allows measurement of parts up to 250 mm in length. DM200 offers the flexibility of two built-in optical magnifications and exclusive Zoom Anywhere technology for measuring small features. DM200 is also available with an optional high density camera, providing added resolution for ultra-fine feature measurements.
"SNAP DM200's integral software offers complete measuring capability," said a company spokesperson. "With Automatic Part Identification (AutoID), place a part on the stage and press the GO button. Single parts, multiple parts - even a mixture of different parts - are all measured automatically."
