HSK-100A Spindle for Aluminum, Titanium and Moldmaking

Vision Wide, a builder of double column bridge machining centers, is introducing the new HSK-100A spindle specifically designed for the aerospace and die-mold industries with the capabilities to cut materials like titanium with low RPM and high torque with 15,000 RPM at the high end for materials like aluminum.

Dual Z-axis ball screws feature a 45° 5-axis universal head with a specially designed casting and an advanced thermal system for high accuracy blends in long running die-mold parts. Vision wide builds more than eight different models with sizes ranging from 1.5 meters to over 12 meters in X travels and 1.2 to over 5 meters in the Y (cross) travels.

Vision Wide offers a total solution for double column machines from its standard 3- to 4-axis job shop machines to highly advanced 5-face and 5/6-axis aerospace composite and aluminum wing spar machines.

Other models include large W-axis rail machines, a complete line of high-speed gantry machines and highly customized machines for the composite industries.

Vision Wide (visionwide-tech.com) machines are imported by CNC Systems Inc. with locations in New England, California and Texas.
