TCI Cutting, CNC Systems Announce USA Representation Agreement

TCI Cutting has announced an agreement with CNC Systems for U.S. representation.

TCI Cutting, with their factory and showroom in Valencia, Spain, has been providing laser and waterjet cutting machines for 23 years. It provides tailored and scalable intelligent automation systems, as well as smart production management software for autonomous and strategic decision making. TCI accompanies its customers in their digital transformation processes and optimization of their cutting factories on their way to a smart factory.

Since 1986, CNC Systems, Kennebunk, ME, has been an importer of high-quality CNC machine tools (Honor Seiki, Vision Wide, APEC and Averex) offering productivity-enhancing equipment for diverse applications such as die-mold, aerospace, automotive, medical, power generation, composites, the electronics industries and general machining.

TCI Cutting's extensive machine portfolio offers laser and waterjet cutting solutions. Laser cutting solutions provided are 2D, 2D1/2 (bevel) and 3D cutting options, with customized multihead possibilities and different powers including high power according to customer needs. Its diverse automation systems include loading, simultaneous loading and unloading solutions and automated storage systems even with a smart sorting system with automated palletizing. This all represents an intelligent production island that can be monitorized by its production software Manager PRO. The internal logistic connection among different intelligent production islands can be carried out using autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) that TCI Cutting offers to its customers.

The waterjet cutting solutions offered include single bridge/single head to multiple heads on multiple bridges to custom engineered products.

A TCI spokesperson said, "The USA is a very important market in our growth plan where we hope to increase our sales in 2024 by working with CNC Systems and their distributor network."

A CNC Systems spokesperson added, "With our offices on the East Coast, West Coast and here in Texas, we have the support needed to introduce a new line that fits in great with the other lines we are importing."

TCI is currently evaluating a location in the USA for a tech center/showroom that will handle parts, service, training and demonstrations and will make that announcement soon.
