MC Machinery Systems and ADIRA Form Partnership

MC Machinery Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, and ADIRA, a Portuguese manufacturer, part of SONAE CAPITAL portfolio, have formed a sales and service partnership to deliver press brakes throughout North America-from 100 through 2,000+ ton capacity machines.

ADIRA was established in 1956 in Porto, Portugal, manufacturing a variety of sheet metal working machinery. MC Machinery Systems, Inc. is partnering with ADIRA to offer customers more products at economical prices, while providing an extensive network of service and support," said a spokesperson.

The ADIRA press brake line offers customers the option to purchase a standard solution or customize with additional accessories and options. These hydraulic press brakes range from entry level up through high tonnage machines to meet the needs of a range of industries.

An affordable investment solution, the PA Basic is an optimal solution for starting companies or job shops. This machine covers both civil construction and metalforming, where flexibility and ease of use are key factors. It is designed with a HEXA-C frame that ensures a guiding on the upper beam even when under load and manufactured per the strictest standards.

The PA Plus allows each customer to create a solution using a tailor-made combination of accessories and options, making it a good solution for industries where high production, high levels of automation or low set-up times are key factors. "The HEXA-C frame ensures bending accuracy and its efficiently designed hydraulic circuit ensures that PA Plus is an energy saver when compared to other hydraulic synchronized machines," said the spokesperson.

"The ADIRA partnership is exciting because it fills a gap in the press brake offering for MC Machinery," said David Bray, National Press Brake Product Manager. "This offering ranges from simple inexpensive hydraulic press brakes to well-equipped high tonnage customized solutions for our customers who expect a higher level of quality and service."
