MC Machinery has announced its new West Coast Regional Sales Manager - Fabrication Division, Tim Gelsomino and West Coast Service Manager, Michael Pankiewicz.
In this role, Gelsomino will be responsible for West Coast operations and growing relationships with current and new customers in the region.
"I am both excited and eager to bring my knowledge, experience and work ethic to our West Coast operations," said Gelsomino. "We have a great sales and service team in place and we will all band together to make sure our customers know we value their business and partnership."
Gelsomino has been at MC Machinery Systems for over 12 years. He was hired as the company's first sales assistant supporting the fabrication division and then transitioned to an inside sales manager role, supporting the sales of all product lines and divisions. After 10 years in the machine sales division, Gelsomino was promoted to service sales manager.
"Tim has been a great asset to MC Machinery for the past 12 years," said Shane Herendeen, North American Sales Manager - Fabrication Division. "We are looking forward to having him in his new role and are confident his industry expertise will serve our West Coast customers well."
In his new role, Pankiewicz will be responsible for all technical service and support for West Coast customers.
"We are excited about Mike's new role," said Tony Imbrogno, Senior Vice President, Service and Support. "He has done a great job here at MC Machinery over the last eight years and we are confident his industry experience will help our customers get the service and support they need."
Before Pankiewicz joined MC Machinery as a technician more than eight years ago, he was a technician and a manager in the technical service industry as well as a regional manager in the photofinishing industry. In total, Pankiewicz has 33 years of experience. He recently moved to Cypress, CA, for this new role.
"I am very excited to get to know all of our customers on the West Coast and to provide them with first-class technical service," said Pankiewicz.
