Alexandria Industries, a producer of engineered products, announced that Jonathan D. Olson has joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Former CFO Marc Illies has retired. Olson will serve the company and its employees by investing in helping them achieve their business, financial and professional growth goals.
"Having been on the front financial and legal lines of business for years, Olson helps companies, colleagues, and communities navigate complex financial issues. His knowledge and experience is significant and fits perfectly with Alexandria Industries' manufacturing business," said a company spokesperson.

Olson brings nearly 20 years of tax, accounting and legal experience to Alexandria Industries. Previously, Olson was a tax principal for CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP, providing technical tax skills and training to CPA practitioners, while servicing clients and attorneys in structuring business acquisitions and dispositions. He also assisted clients in negotiating financing arrangements and exploring alternative debt structures.
Olson earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Bemidji State University in Bemidji, MN, and a Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN.
