Techni-Tool Completes Acquisition of MDM Tool Supply

Techni-Tool, Inc. (TTI) of Dallas, TX, has announced the acquisition of MDM Tool Supply, a Louisiana-based industrial distributor of cutting tools and accessories with locations in Broussard, Baton Rouge and Houma, LA. The new firm will be known as MDM Tool Supply, a Techni-Tool Company.
"The combined companies will provide our customers with expanded technical expertise and increased supply chain management services," said Zach Turner, CEO, Techni-Tool. "I am excited about this acquisition as TTI is adding a group of fantastic people and new capabilities. By entering the Louisiana market, we are positioning both companies to offer an array of services and products to our customers."
MDM Tool Supply (MDM) supports the machining and metalworking industry with premium cutting tools, measuring instruments, workholding, service and technical support throughout Louisiana, Mississippi and the Gulf Coast. In business since 1979, MDM's factory trained sales team and in-house technical experts support customers' machining needs and procurement processes.
