Verisurf will be on display providing insight into the streamlined model based inspection process. Working with virtually any portable CMM device, in-process inspection and the quality assurance department will quickly determine results based on the nominal CAD model and GD&T data. Automated routines can be added to consistently capture and record results on high quantity production runs.
Octopuz is an offline robotic programming and simulation package that works with nearly all robot brands to create a common programming and simulation platform. It integrates with Mastercam to enable more toolpath control when needed. Many applications from fabrication, edge following, material removal, simulation, and additive manufacturing are key areas Octopuz can improve process and production efficiency.
