Horizontal / Vertical Rotary Tables

ITI-Exact NCT Series are available in eight frame sizes, each with a standard-size tabletop fitted with T-slots and a precision center pilot hole for alignment and clamping of the fixture or piece parts.
The tables are rotated via a high-speed dual-lead worm gear and wheel driven via a servomotor. An encoder controls the positioning and accuracy of the tabletop.
Once in position for static machining, the tabletop can be rigidly clamped in place using the integral distortion-free hydraulic brake unit.
The rotary tables are available with FANUC, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Heidenhain or Indramat servomotors.
