Dapra and ALLMATIC-Jakob Spannsysteme Announce Collaboration

Allmatic CEO Herbert Mayr (center) presents Service Center certification to (left) Mike Bitner, Director, Products and Applications, and (right) Service Lead Jason Tetro at Allmatic's headquarters in Germany.

Indexable milling provider Dapra Milling Solutions and workholding solutions provider ALLMATIC-Jakob Spannsysteme have announced a strategic collaboration agreement.

This collaboration allows Dapra to bring Allmatic's workholding solutions to the market through its channel partners while co-developing new technologies to better fit the needs of the North American market. Additionally, Dapra has been certified as an exclusive service partner for Allmatic solutions in North America. The investment in the service program by both Dapra and Allmatic allows for improved support and reduced service lead times for customers.

"We are delighted for this unique opportunity to work more closely with Allmatic. With our customers in mind, we continue to identify creative approaches to doing business, which are critical in this competitive landscape. Our goal is to bring our channel partners, and by extension end-users, the best solutions to support their needs and realize success. Allmatic is well regarded as a leader in high-quality workholding solutions, and their values, mission and customer-centric approach align directly with Dapra," said Dapra CEO Shawn Lawlor.

Allmatic CEO Herbert Mayr said, "We are very grateful to have such a strong and reliable partner in Dapra. Together, we are intensely focused on the development of new products and a strong distribution network for the North American markets. The Dapra team is well suited to provide excellent value through product application support, product availability and ongoing service. As a certified service partner, Dapra is able to offer factory-level service as quickly as possible to our customers. This is our top priority."
