The Rocklinizer Carbide Application Equipment deposits a precise amount of hard material onto metals, tools and dies to extend machine life, minimize wear and optimize gripping. Common wear applications include eliminating die casting wear and slug pull back, while gripping applications include tube bending dies, clamps and collets. The portable Model 950 offers the widest deposit capabilities, ranging from .0001" to .010", all controllable within .0001" by machine setting.
The FlyMarker mini Battery-Operated Marking Units produce deep and durable dot peen markings on nearly any material. At just 5 lbs. and 7 lbs. with large marking windows, these versatile units are entirely portable with no cords or cables needed. With automatic height adjustment up to 5 mm for round parts plus adjustable force settings, the FlyMarker minis are engineered for marking on a wide range of surfaces and materials. They can also be converted to tabletop units through an optional solid column frame.
The new FlyMarker mini STATION Tabletop Marking Unit produces dot peen markings suited for tags and other stationary marking needs. Its large marking window (120 mm x 100 mm) delivers permanent dot peen marks on materials ranging from plastics to hardened steel (up to 63 HRC). The stronger force settings are designed to withstand surface treatments such as galvanizing and sandblasting.
The MoldMender Micro Welder repairs molds and dies made of steel. Through a simple, low heat process of welding the same repair material onto the affected area, scratches and other cosmetic imperfections can be rapidly repaired in-house. The MoldMender's portability further enables mold repairs to be made directly in the press and with minimal downtime.
The LaserEvo Fiber Laser Marking Unit marks all types of metals, plastics and varnished materials. Along with the standard tabletop unit, a wide range of customization options are available, including automation and portability.
