transfluid Strengthens Local Service with New Subsidiary

The new transfluid subsidiary in the US has more than 900 sq. m available, including a warehouse for spare parts, a showroom and modern offices.

Jeff Gilchrist strengthened his transfluid product training in Schmallenberg with the goal of delivering the best possible service to the U.S. market.

transfluid Maschinenbau, a producer of tube processing machines and based in Schmallenberg, Germany, has established a subsidiary in Greenville, SC, in order to better support transfluid's U.S. clients.

The subsidiary covers more than 900 sq. m. and features offices, a warehouse with spare parts and a showroom. Jeff Gilchrist and other U.S. subsidiary staff members trained in Schmallenberg, where they gained insight into the latest software and mechanical developments and strengthened existing relationships with colleagues in Germany.

"The constant exchange of ideas between employees in the U.S. and Germany contributes to the success of our new subsidiary," explained Stefanie Flaeper, Sales and Marketing Director at transfluid. "With its skilled workforce and the modern premises, transfluid is now in a much better position to serve its customers in the U.S. and will continue to invest in this site."
