Dynamic Improvement Group Works to Boost Factory Efficiencies

Dynamic Improvement Group has announced its company formation to provide on-site and online lean manufacturing consulting and rapid implementation.

Dynamic Improvement Group is headed by company partners Mel Zehnpfennig and Ben Roush. It aims to help companies looking to make significant reductions in their manufacturing costs and improve productivity.

"While there are many lean manufacturing experts in the market, our specialty is working with teams on the shop floor to implement lean principles in real time with real results. We enjoy working with plant leaders who want to be part of the Kaizen activity," said Roush.

Zehnpfennig has extensive experience in operations management, continuous improvement strategies and Lean Six Sigma. He has held executive manufacturing positions at Tower International and Cooper Standard.

Roush specializes in lean manufacturing transformation at the global, regional and plant-floor levels. He is a former manufacturing leader at Tower International, Magna International and Chrysler Corporation.
