Turn-Key Laser Series

Since 1980, TJS has been a manufacturer and supplier of laser systems, consumables, service and repairs. "We have integrated many design features normally considered options as standard features in the Endeavor products, and we are confident our customers will appreciate and utilize them daily," said a company spokesperson.

The Endeavor J-Series will be offered as a turn-key, Class 1 fully enclosed workstation. Another standard design feature is the automated jog Z-axis with incremental, manual motorized adjustment. This feature allows the operator to make motorized adjustments conveniently from the front panel jog button or from within the Prolase 7 or Prolase 10 control software (Prolase 7 PLUS or 10 PLUS Auto-Focus fully programmable option is available upon request). Other design features include Visible "RED" pre-mark/alignment laser, custom TJS axis server control/display, 19" rack mount design computer, wireless mouse/keyboard, HDMI display, adjustable/leveling industrial casters with locking feature, frame mounted 120 VAC/60 Hz outlet for fume extraction/accessory, footswitch, safety interlocks, remote interlock, LED workstation interior lightning, large ergonomic work surface and operator controls station.

The Endeavor J-Series and RETRO will be available in 20 W, 30 W, 50 W, 70 W, 100 W and 200 W versions with flexible marking field and beam spot sizes designed to satisfy all markets and applications. Three different options will be offered, the first being a turn-key, Class 1 enclosed automated marking system. Endeavor RETRO allows customers to maintain their existing infrastructure should they choose and utilize workstations, automation and handling equipment. With the Endeavor RETRO, TJS simply replaces the laser, control kiosk and water chiller with an appropriate Endeavor RETRO laser and Windows Prolase platform. In the future, TJS will introduce a desktop version for small runs and job requirements.

All Endeavor J-Series and RETRO lasers will be controlled by the company's Windows PROLASE 10 operating system.

Each Endeavor system is manufactured and assembled in the USA.
