JTEKT Toyoda Americas Corporation will host Toyoda VIP Days September 15-17, 2020, at its showroom in Arlington Heights, IL, located just northwest of Chicago. Toyoda VIP Days will premier Toyoda's latest CNC machine tool technology, integrated automation systems, turn-key engineering and IOE solutions.
Toyoda will be showcasing its full line of equipment, from horizontal and vertical machining centers, grinding machines, to turning centers paired with live cutting applications on hard metal alloys such as steel and titanium. Attendees will not only see Toyoda's newest FH630SXi 5-axis horizontal machining center (HMC) with 74HP swiveling spindle in action, but also the large HB1620 horizontal boring mill with 63" x 78.7" table size and a 44,000 lbs. maximum table load.
At this event, JTEKT Toyoda Americas will be introducing several specific AMS machines as part of Toyoda's strategic alliance with Ace Micromatic Group in offering a complete range of high-speed production machines to its customers. Among these machines is a twin spindle vertical machining center (VMC), Gemini XL; a high-speed compact machining center, DTC-400XL; a VMC with integrated rotary pallet changer, MCV-450XL; and HMC with fixed worktable suitable for end work on long parts, CMH500XL.
