ADM Series
The ADM series 5-axis CNC machining center is suitable for composite materials machining, such as CFRP, GFRP, plastic and aluminum. "The ADM series, designed by Vision Wide Tech, fulfills the strict requirements of high-speed/precision and automatic processing. The machine contains collection, enclosed sheet metal guards, two pallet exchange system, ATC magazine, auto measurement system, profile sensing system and vacuum chuck.
GSF Series
The GSF series is a 5-axis (high rail) with Siemens or Heidenhain CNC controls, X-axis up to 12,000 mm, Y-axis up to 3,200 mm (distance between columns = 3,900 mm) and Z-axis travel up to 3,000 mm.
Options for the GSF series include a dust collection/vacuum system with a full top cover for machining materials such as composites, CRFP and GFRP. The 5-axis head offers speeds up to 24,000 RPM with 74 HP with HSK-A63 (HSK-100A is also available), a 120 position tool changer and provisions for a floor level table that will allow driving onto the machine bed. Engineered options such as a VTL table and other enhancements for manufacturing solutions can be discussed with CNC Systems and the engineers from Vision Wide.
FA Series
The FA series is a 5-axis (bridge/double column) with Siemens or Heidenhain CNC controls, X-axis up to 8,200 mm, Y-axis up to 3,300 mm (distance between columns = 2,700 mm) and Z-axis travel up to 1,200 mm.
Options for the FA series include a full top cover, 1,000 PSI CTS, higher columns and 120 tool ATC. The 5-axis head offers speeds up to 24,000 RPM with 74 HP with HSK-A63 spindle; the HSK-100A is also available that offers 100 HP and 12,000 RPM.
Averex Series
The Averex HS-630i is a high speed, high precision and fully expandable horizontal machining center (HMC) in the field for both ATC-120 tools and APC-six pallets). The HS-630i comes with advanced technology designed to provide modern manufacturing techniques and enhanced quality throughout. Featuring travels of X 41.3", Y 35.4" and Z 40.2", large parts of up to 39.4" x 51.2" can fit in the work envelope on the 630 mm pallet. A 4+1 through the table hydraulics is also available for the six APC configuration. Averex also has both 500 mm and 400 mm pallet size machines that are also field expandable.
PL Series
The Honor Seiki PL series VTL with Y-axis is a manufacturing solution for large parts that would require several machining operations in X-, Y-, Z- and C-axis. It features Y-axis travel up to 236.2" (6 m), max. swing and cutting diameter up to 236.2" (6 m) and max. turning height up to 102.3" (2,600 mm), with the addition of a right angle (or special angle heads) and a work-switcher to help reduce set-up and changeover times and benefit large workpieces.
