Efficiency Made Simple

American Machining Efficiency Consultants (AMEC) provides professional consultation, evaluation and process recommendations that support customers' machining operations.

"We work with customers to evaluate their machining environment and culture, develop short- and long-term goals, and create a roadmap for Industry 4.0 success," said a company spokesperson. "By applying our experience and utilizing key technologies from our network of partners, we can implement custom solutions for our customers that allow them to quickly capitalize on their process improvements. We are independent, which allows us to provide a solution, not a product."

A sample of process enhancing solutions includes: overall process monitoring; tool management software; toolholders, presetters and balancers; automated inventory tracking; networking solutions and much more.

"We recognize that each customer's process is different and that one size does not fit all," said the spokesperson. "We help each customer find the right solutions that will help them achieve their goals."
