Control 128 Axis of Motion with Motion Server
March 1, 2020
IMAC Ethernet Motion Server is new internet accessible distributed motion control technology for automation applications from Intellidrives, Inc.
It uses TCP/IP over internet to control with a single IMAC Motion Server
up to 128 servo or stepper IDrives axis.
This open architecture allows enhanced integration with digital I/O, vision systems and additional equipment such as HMIs all controlled from a single master over internet.
Systems may be used with a stand-alone program or, alternatively, commands can be sent from an external computer from any application such as Visual Basic, C, C++, C#, JavaSctipt, LabView and many others.
Architecture is infinitely scaleable using multiple IMAC Motion Servers, and the distributed control concept ensures that it is cost effective for any size or complexity.
I-DRIVES offer a complete range of AC- and DC-powered digital drives for servo and stepper motors. Advanced tuning and commutation algorithms is made possible by state-of-the-art DSP technology to maximize motor performance.
