Milltronics has announced the strategic expansion of its leadership team with the addition of four industry veterans: Ryan Delahanty, Don Hammer, Brian Starnes and Steve Schermann. Delahanty joins Milltronics as Managing Director. With over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and CNC machining industry, Delahanty brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in driving sales growth and developing effective marketing strategies. His leadership will be instrumental in expanding Milltronics' market presence and strengthening relationships with key customers.
Hammer has been appointed Vice President. Hammer's extensive background in mechanical and electrical engineering, coupled with his expertise in product development, will enhance Milltronics' engineering capabilities. His innovative approach and commitment to quality will help ensure that Milltronics continues to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of its customers.
Starnes assumes the role of National Sales Manager. He started his 25-year career at Milltronics as a production floor electrical supervisor, progressed to control repairs and was promoted to service technician, which gives him unique insight into the importance of service after the sale. Starnes' industry acumen combined with the depth of his experience at Milltronics will be an asset in driving growth and moving the company to the next level.
Schermann returns to Milltronics as Applications Manager. With almost three decades of experience as a machinist, with nearly 27 years at Milltronics as lead machinist, machine shop supervisor and applications engineer, Schermann's knowledge and expertise is key to the brand's future success.
